1. Registration The details provided by you on Registration are important and must be true, correct and complete. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes which are relevant to your registration by informing us at admin@tele-draft.com, or through our Fax Line on +44-191-252-2207. 2. Your Personal Information 2.1 We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. 2.2 In relation to the personal information provided by you on registration (your registration details) you agree that Tele-Draft may use such information in accordance with the purposes for which your permission has been obtained on registration. 2.3 Other than as required by law, or as permitted under these user conditions, we will not disclose your registration details to any third party without your permission. 3. Our Obligations to You 3.1 We agree to use our reasonable endeavors to maintain Tele-Draft in a fully operating condition and error free. As we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access Tele-Draft. 3.2 Tele-Draft is provided without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated. 3.3 Your dealings with, and interest in, promotions, services, or merchants found on or via Tele-Draft, unless explicitly stated by us, are solely between you and the person with whom you are dealing. Should any dispute arise between you, Tele-Draft will do its best to help you resolve the situation, but we will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from any such dealings. 3.4 We may provide - or our contractual partners may provide - links to other web sites or resources. We are unable to accept responsibility for these, neither can we be deemed to have endorsed their content. 3.5 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Tele-Draft for any reason. 3.6 In order to maintain the integrity of Tele-Draft we reserve the right to forward contact details to the Police, or other Regulatory authorities where requested to do so; we may also forward contact details where a complaint arises concerning your use of Tele-Draft, and where that use is deemed by us to be inconsistent with these user conditions. 4. Your Obligation to Us 4.1 You agree that you will only use Tele-Draft in a manner that is consistent with these user conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, you will not use Tele-Draft to transmit or post any material which is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or which may, in our judgment, cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person. 4.2 To the extent to which your use, or the use by any person who may be authorised by you or for whom you are responsible causes loss or damage to any person, you agree to indemnify Tele-Draft immediately on demand in relation to any such losses or damages attributable to Tele-Draft, including where necessary any legal and administrative, or technical charges that may arise from such use. 4.3 Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and the password assigned to you on registration. As a result, you are fully responsible for all activities which occur under them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use to which you become aware. 4.4 You are responsible for obtaining the equipment and paying all telephone charges necessary to access and use Tele-Draft. You are also responsible for making your own back-up arrangements. 4.5 You agree that the material and content contained within or provided by Tele-Draft is for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our permission. Your use of Tele-Draft carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights in Tele-Draft. 4.6 You agree not to use Tele-Draft or the services made available to you on or via Tele-Draft  such that you cause the whole or part of Tele-Draft or such services to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or is in any way impaired. 5.
